Degenhardt Glass Studio ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use https://jdmglass.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, project type, and any message text. We may also collect standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security and basic analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry about a commission, quote, or project
• To send you relevant follow-up related to the project you contacted us about
• To prevent abuse of our forms (rate limiting, spam filtering)

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 90 days in our systems, or longer if you become an active client. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing inquiries@jdmglass.com.

Third-party services

We use Cloudflare for hosting and delivery (they may process IP addresses for security and performance). If you submit a form and email delivery is configured, we may use Resend (resend.com) to send transactional email. These services have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising. We do not run Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. The only analytics we use are server-side and cookieless.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing inquiries@jdmglass.com.
